  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and unused.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for sealed goods due to health or hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, face masks, swimwear, baby clothing, and socks.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse.
  • For damaged or defective products, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof of the damage or defect are be required.

4. Carrier Errors and Invalid Addresses:

  • If an order is returned due to a carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.
  • For packages returned because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to resolve the issue and reship if necessary.

5. Lost Packages and Claims:

  • Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
